How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
I received the wrong product. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
When will my order ship? |
|
Please see each individual item page which may provide detailed information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Orders are generally shipped the day after the order is received. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
How do I return an item? |

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
- Returns will be accepted for up to 60 days after the Purchase Date. Products must be in the condition that you received them.
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Email us at [email protected] to alert us that you will be returning an item.

- Once your return is
received and inspected (usually within 72 hours
of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a
credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an
additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to
post to your account.
